Welcome to Feebook, operated by Digikind Education Private Limited (“Feebook”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our platform and services including the website, mobile applications, APIs, and associated tools (“Services”).
By accessing or using Feebook, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Purpose of Feebook
Feebook is a technology platform that enables:
- Students and parents to fetch and pay education-related fees online
- Educational institutions to upload, manage, and reconcile fee-related data
- Notifications, reminders, and secure payment services for all stakeholders
Feebook is not a bank or financial institution. We act as a facilitator between users, institutions, and payment gateways.
2. Eligibility
- Users must be at least 13 years old to access fee details.
- Users must be 18 years or older to make payments using the platform.
- Parents or legal guardians may use the platform on behalf of minors.
- Institutions must be legally authorized entities with rights to share student data.
3. Account & Registration
To access certain features:
- You may be required to register with a mobile number or email
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Payments
Feebook enables secure online payment of school, college, coaching, and other institutional fees via integrated payment gateways.
Important Points:
- Feebook does not control the fee amount or due dates—these are provided by the institutions
- All transactions are subject to applicable taxes and gateway charges (if any)
- Feebook is not liable for payment failures caused by external payment providers
- Transaction success/failure is confirmed via SMS/email/WhatsApp
In case of duplicate, failed, or disputed payments, please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy or contact support.
5. Notifications & Communications
By using Feebook, you consent to receive:
- Transaction confirmations
- Payment reminders and due alerts
- Service updates and promotional messages (optional)
These may be sent via SMS, email, WhatsApp, push notifications, or in-app messages. You can opt out of non-essential communications via the app or support request.
6. Data Privacy
We collect, use, and share your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Key points:
- We do not sell your personal or institutional data
- We use secure protocols and trusted third-party services
- You can access, correct, or delete your data upon request
7. Institutional Responsibility
Institutions using Feebook:
- Are solely responsible for the accuracy of fee data, student information, and payment schedules
- Must ensure compliance with applicable data privacy and education laws
- Grant us a non-exclusive right to store, display, and process submitted data for operational use
Feebook is not liable for any misrepresentation or errors originating from institutional uploads.
8. Third-Party Services
Feebook works with:
- Payment gateways to process online transactions
- Messaging providers for sending alerts
- School portals to sync academic and fee-related data

9. Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to:
- Misuse the platform for fraud or illegal activity
- Attempt unauthorized access to other users’ data
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate platform code or features
- Upload false or misleading information
Violations may result in suspension or termination of account access.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- Feebook is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind
- We are not responsible for:
- Errors in institutional data
- Payment delays caused by third parties
- Losses due to incorrect user input
Our maximum liability is limited to the transaction fees paid by you, if any.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will provide notice through email or in-app alerts. Continued use of the Services after updates means you agree to the new Terms.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
